Professor Mohammad Karim Fazli founded Pakshoo Chemical Manufacturing Company in 1972. The initial products of Pakshoo Company were registered under the name of Golrang brand and under the name of Golrang Detergent and Cosmetic Products.
Golrang Industrial Group was established in 2003 under the chairmanship of the board of directors of Professor Mohammad Karim Fazli and the election of Dr. Mehdi Fazli as the CEO. After its establishment, this industrial group, in accordance with the teachings of the founder of the group, considered the creation of a sustainable future, ethical professional business, and improvement of the family's lifestyle, and considered its vision to enter global markets and join the top 500 companies in the world.
In 2005, Padideh Chemie Paydar was established with the aim of producing and supplying a diverse and complete portfolio of superior quality products in the field of detergent and hygiene products.
This company is currently one of the sub-holdings of Golrang Industrial Group under the name of Padideh Shimi Paydar Group, under which various companies are operating.
In 2007, Pakshoo Chemical Production Complex included 5 production factories with the aim of final production of detergent products, including detergent powder and raw materials.
